Catering in Bandra Kurla Complex is less about the food than about the clock. A board lunch at Naman Centre has a twenty-minute window between sessions. Security at One BKC and The Capital needs vehicle details in advance. Service lifts are shared and often booked. Get any of that wrong and lunch arrives after the meeting has moved on.
We plan around it. Our kitchen is in Marol, Andheri East — a straight run down the Western Express Highway, roughly twenty to thirty minutes outside peak. That proximity is why we can take short-notice requests from BKC that caterers based further out simply can’t.

Menus that work for a BKC workforce
Offices here are mixed — a floor might hold people fasting on Thursdays, colleagues who don’t eat onion or garlic, and a growing number avoiding dairy entirely. A menu that ignores this quietly excludes people.
We run at least two clearly labelled options that are onion-and-garlic-free, and at least one that’s genuinely dairy-free. That last distinction matters more than most caterers admit: paneer, ghee and curd-based gravies get labelled vegan by mistake all the time. For corporate contracts we’d rather you checked. Your admin or HR team is welcome to visit our Marol kitchen before anything is signed. Most clients do, and we prefer it that way.

How much notice do you need for a BKC meeting?
A day is comfortable. We’ve turned around same-morning requests for offices in the complex more than once — being twenty minutes away in Marol is the reason we can.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A ten-person boardroom lunch is a normal request. At the other end we run daily programmes feeding several hundred.
Can you handle building security and access?
Yes. Send us the building’s requirements — vehicle details, staff IDs, service lift booking — and we’ll submit them ahead of the delivery rather than at the gate.
Do you cater full-day conferences?
Yes, including staggered service so a large group eats within the scheduled break rather than queueing through it.
Can you supply the pantry as well as meals?
Yes. Weekly snack and beverage supply usually runs on the same contract as daily meals — one delivery, one invoice, one team accountable.
