Bandra East & West

Corporate Catering in Bandra

Office lunches and meeting catering for the Kalanagar and BKC-fringe offices, and event catering across Bandra West — twenty minutes from our kitchen in Marol.

Two Bandras, two different jobs

Bandra East and Bandra West are barely the same suburb as far as catering goes.

Bandra East — Kalanagar, the Government Colony offices and the belt running into BKC — is corporate. Daily office meals, board lunches, training days. Predictable timing, fixed headcounts, building access to plan around.

Bandra West — Pali Hill, Carter Road, Bandstand, Linking Road — is residential, media and hospitality. Here the work is house parties, small launches, private celebrations and the occasional production unit.

We handle both, but we plan them separately. Treating a Pali Hill house party like a Kalanagar office lunch is how caterers get it wrong here.

What we handle in Bandra

Daily office meals

Recurring lunch programmes on a rotating menu, sized to who actually turns up. See office catering services.

Meetings and boardrooms

Plated or boxed service timed to the agenda, with minimal setup. See business meeting catering.

Launches and media events

Bandra West sees a lot of these. Evening service, live counters where the space allows, food that photographs well.

House parties and celebrations

Flats, terraces and society clubhouses, with compact setups and a clean handover. See house party catering.

Parking and access, honestly

Bandra West is the hardest part of the western suburbs to deliver into. Narrow lanes off Pali Hill and Carter Road, limited parking, and society rules that vary building to building.

We plan for it rather than discovering it on the day. Tell us the building, whether there's a service entrance, and who to call at the gate, and we sort the rest in advance.

Bandra East is straightforward by comparison — proper compounds, loading access, and the same vehicle-pass procedures as BKC.

Menus for a mixed workforce

Every menu carries at least two clearly labelled onion-and-garlic-free options and at least one that's genuinely dairy-free.

That last point matters more than most caterers admit — paneer, ghee, curd and cream run through most Indian menus, and a dish marked vegan containing any of them is worse than no label at all. See vegan catering and pure veg catering.

Otherwise: North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Chinese, working-lunch boxes, high tea and live counters where there's space.

Hygiene, and an open invitation

FSSAI standards throughout, temperature-controlled transport, uniformed staff, documented cleaning schedules, and a named supervisor accountable on site rather than a call desk.

Before any recurring contract begins, your admin or HR team is welcome to visit our Marol kitchen. Most corporate clients do, and we'd rather you did.

Frequently asked questions

Do you serve both Bandra East and Bandra West?

Yes. Bandra East is mostly office and meeting catering; Bandra West is more house parties, launches and private events. Both are planned differently.

How much notice do you need?

A day is comfortable. Same-morning requests are often workable — we're roughly twenty minutes away in Marol, Andheri East.

Can you handle deliveries in the Bandra West lanes?

Yes, with a bit of planning. Tell us the building, whether there's a service entrance and who to call at the gate, and we arrange it in advance.

What is the minimum order?

A ten-person boardroom lunch is a normal request. We also run daily programmes feeding several hundred.

Do you cater house parties in Bandra?

Yes — flats, terraces and society clubhouses, with compact setups that suit the space and a clean handover afterwards.

Do you offer Jain and vegan menus?

Yes, prepared separately and labelled clearly. Jain is cooked without onion, garlic or root vegetables. Vegan contains no dairy at all.
