Old mills, new towers, tight access
Lower Parel is Mumbai’s most concentrated office district, and the least forgiving to deliver into. The old textile mills became Kamala Mills and Raghuvanshi Mills; the surrounding plots became Peninsula Corporate Park, One Lodha Place, Marathon Futurex and Indiabulls Finance Centre.
What that history left behind is narrow internal roads, shared compounds and vendor access rules that vary building to building. The food is rarely the problem here. Getting through the door on time is.

Security clearance
Vehicle registration, driver details and staff photo IDs usually need submitting a day ahead. Turning up without them means waiting at the gate while lunch cools.
Service lifts
Most towers route food through a service lift shared with other vendors. In several Lower Parel buildings that booking needs 24 hours’ notice.
The compound roads
Kamala Mills and Raghuvanshi Mills have their own internal access and parking limits, separate from the main road. Worth knowing before a delivery vehicle arrives.
Traffic timing
The Senapati Bapat Marg and Elphinstone approaches behave completely differently at noon versus one o’clock. We build a wider buffer for Lower Parel than for closer areas.

Our kitchen is in Marol, Andheri East. Lower Parel is a planned run rather than a nearby drop, so we confirm building access the day before and build a wider delivery window than we would for Andheri or BKC.
Menus for a mixed workforce
A Lower Parel office floor will include people fasting on set days, colleagues who don’t eat onion or garlic, and a growing number avoiding dairy entirely. A menu that ignores that gets quietly abandoned.
We keep at least two clearly labelled onion-and-garlic-free options and at least one that’s genuinely dairy-free on every menu. That second point matters more than most caterers admit — paneer, ghee, curd and cream run through most Indian menus, and a dish marked vegan containing any of them is worse than no label at all. Hygiene, and an open invitation
FSSAI standards throughout, temperature-controlled transport, uniformed staff, documented cleaning schedules, and a named supervisor accountable on site rather than a call desk.
Before any recurring contract begins, your admin or HR team is welcome to visit our Marol kitchen. Most corporate clients do, and we’d rather you did.

Yes, on a rotating menu with headcount adjusted week to week so teams aren’t eating the same thing every Tuesday.
Do you offer Jain and vegan menus?
Yes, prepared separately and labelled clearly. Jain is cooked without onion, garlic or root vegetables. Vegan contains no dairy at all.
